Emma & Alex: Wedding photographer Putney Fulham – wedding at All Saint’s Church, river cruise and Thames Rowing Club
Louise photographed our wedding from arriving at the church to the end of the first dance and the resulting photos are absolutely fantastic! We are thrilled with the photos as they captured the day perfectly and are a wonderful mix of formal family shots, unobtrusive people shots and decoration details.
As a couple that don’t like being photographed, the engagement portrait session was a brilliant chance to get to know Louise and practice being in front of a camera. Louise was a calming influence and we eventually relaxed and even started enjoying ourselves! This session made us more at ease on our wedding day as the photos were one less thing to worry about!
We couldn’t be happier with the photos and would highly recommend Louise to other couples”.

A selection of photographs from their wedding – church service at All Saint’s in Fulham and reception at the Thames Rowing Club in Putney, southwest London
Emma and Alex got married at All Saint’s Church in Fulham. Emma took everyone’s breath away as she walked down the aisle in an elegant white lace wedding dress with beautifully plaited hair:
The church itself is a remarkable venue with impressive high ceilings and beautiful stained glass windows. It makes for a very romantic setting:
The theme for the day was ‘nautical’, and they pulled it off with beautiful simplicity. Bridesmaids were dressed in a flattering azure blue, hinting at their boat theme.
I took the couple portraits in the rose gardens by the church, and along the riverside:
Group shots were taken in the rose gardens too:
After the ceremony guests were treated to a boat cruise down the Thames from Putney Pier to Tower Bridge:
The views were incredible – we passed the church in which they’d just been married, as well as The Shard and Tower Bridge:
The reception was held at Thames Rowing Club:
Guests enjoyed the wonderful food and drink – complete with two wedding cakes:
With such high temperatures, shoes and hats were shed throughout the reception:
The styling of the venue was beautifully done:
The first dance was gorgeously romantic, and the guests were thrilled to join in:
Wishing this wonderful couple a lifetime of happiness and love.
It was a real pleasure to photograph their special day.
Congratulations also to the suppliers who helped make this wedding so beautiful:
